When you are batting, I find that it is good to take a practice swing or 2 if you have time. If you just sit there for a bit doing nothing, then you will get a little onscreen help that explains it. It's tricky to flick your wrist slowly, but it does work not too badly after a bit of mussing about getting the hang of it.īaseball when you are pitching simply hold down a and/or b to put different types of curves and spins on the ball. If you use a shorter stroke and sort of flick your wrist you may have a bit more luck. That's what seems to work for me anyways. If you are spinning it to the left, it should hit squarely on the right hand side of the pin. (rotate as in the way you rotate your bike when you are about to make a turn a high speed) If you have ever watched a bowler run a perfect strike on tv then you know where to hit the head pin. If you rotate the controller at the end of your swing the ball will spin in that direction. I've tried a few different things like holding down a and/or b while hitting the ball, or holding the controller at different angles but I seem to have mixed results.īowling I think I've got as figured out as possible. In tennis, it is obviously possible to put spin on the ball, but I really can't seem to figure out what works to actually spin it.
